1. Pilates for Functional Fitness and Athletic Conditioning
The goal of these sessions is to work through and master every exercise in the Pilates repertoire with correct alignment and following all Pilates movement principles. Variations will be provided to suit every level and no experience is necessary. The focus is fitness, mobility, posture, and physical mastery. Privates and semi-privates.
2. Therapeutic Pilates
The goal of these sessions is to correct muscle imbalances, assess and restore optimal breathing patterns, and to assess and restore optimal deep core function. Pilates is taught through the lens of Neurokinetic Therapy to identify and correct dysfunction, weakness and muscle inhibition. Manual muscle testing and postural assessments will accompany Pilates exercises. Although very physically challenging, these sessions focus on what is holding you back from both a strength and injury perspective. Privates only.
